Roger has a wealth of business experience derived from a long and varied career across the information and technology sector as an investor, advisor and Board member of start-up companies. Roger served as mentor for MaRS Discovery District clients; there he met TELoIP and became a major investor and Board member. Previously, Roger was a senior executive with AT&T Corporation serving as Vice President and Controller of the Corporation; Vice President & CFO of the Networks Services Group, the company’s largest operating division; and Vice President & CFO of the International Group.

Ed has 25 years of experience in global leadership and business execution for enterprise software companies with in-depth experience in transforming organizations on building and selling SaaS solutions. An authentic leader who embraces change with expertise in product strategy and operational stewardship, Ed brings energetic enthusiasm towards driving core values to facilitate customer success through adoption of innovative technology. Prior to joining TELoIP, Ed was EVP Products and Services for Kinaxis, and SVP Customer Success and Business Optimization for Coveo.

Michael has helped businesses succeed through technology innovation for over 30
years. Alignment of customer expectations to the enterprise is at the core of his systems approach. Michael has taken the reins of TELoIP’s sales organization where he will work with our customers and partners to assure outstanding business outcomes. Michael joins TELoIP from leading Virtual Mobile Infrastructure technology vendor Nubo Software, where he managed North American sales and channel efforts. Previously, Gagnon held senior sales roles with Talend, Coveo, Verint, Aspect Communications and AT&T Canada. Michael’s diverse technology background and varied industry experience provides a trusted platform to deliver solutions tailored for customer success.
